It was a Bear of a situation after Rodgers trolled on Twitter

The Bears can’t seem to beat Aaron Rodgers on the field, so they tried on Twitter.

People magazine and other media outlets reported Friday that the Packers quarterback and actress/comedian Olivia Munn have broken up after three years together:

The Bears then tweeted the following:

Bears troll

The account was them bombarded by Packers fans, who trolled the Bears right back:

It became such a thing, the Bears actually deleted their Rodgers tweet:

To be fair to the Bears’ social media gurus, they weren’t the only ones who mocked Rodgers on Friday:

Even the Chicago Tribune got in on the action. Who is this boyfriend they’re referring to?

What do you think? Was it out of line for the Bears to troll Rodgers on Twitter about his breakup?
