ICYMI: Steelers safety Sean Davis dropped his head before smashing into Chiefs receiver Chris Conley late in Sunday’s divisional playoff game.
Davis was flagged for an illegal hit, setting up the Chiefs’ final touchdown.
Conley, meanwhile, remained on the field for a few minutes before walking off on his own power. He passed the NFL’s concussion protocol and missed just one play.
Which begs the question, after watching this hit, how did Conley ever pass the protocol. You know the NFL: Safety always comes first!
